I have used a Mezzo bag daily for around 5 years on my bike. I own 2 of the large versions and one of the small versons. No problems,none.

Which bag are you talking about?
If its the Commuter Bag (looks like a brief case) you must be doing something wrong.
The plastic base slides securely into the rack and then the velcro strap at the front of the bag attaches it to the bike around the seat post so no amount of force will pull the bag off the bike, and as long as the velcro is pulled tight the bag will not sway either.
I have used this bag with work laptop and other IT items for a regular commute of 10 miles for the past 18 months with no issues and no amount of rain has got past the bright yellow rain cover.
In my opinion a fab product well worth the £65.00.

I own the Mezzo I4. It is quite a bit cheaper than the D10 but I find it absolutely fabulous. I find it goes quick. I find it very easy to unfold, the front wheel particularly easy with the QR mechanism. I don’t know what problem you have with the handlebars, I think they are just right. My 4 gears are low and well spaced out. I use all 4 gears each and every ride. I have had an awful lot of fun cycling with my Mezzo. I wouldn’t part with it for anything. I have received many admiring glances from pedestrians and motorists. I keep mine in the car so it is always handy for rides. When folded it is very small and being aluminium is quite light as well, and won’t rust. Mine is a black model.

Mine seems fine the velcro strap ties the bag to the front of the rack well. It does take time to feed to velcro strap around to attach and remove it and it would be better with a mechanical clunk but overall I am happy.
